1. License Grant

➽ A one-time, non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted to use the software.

➽ The software is licensed, not sold.

➽ The license is valid for the purchased version.

2. Installation & Usage

➽ The software may be downloaded from our cloud platform and installed locally.

➽ An active internet connection is required for:
 ➊ Initial license activation
 ➋ Periodic license validation
 ➌ Access to updates

3. Support & Maintenance

➽ The purchase includes one (1) year of support and software updates from the license activation date.

➽ After the support period expires:
 ➊ No technical support, bug fixes, or updates will be provided
 ➋ Continued support and updates require an active Maintenance Contract

➽ License usage may continue without support after expiry, subject to successful license validation.

4. Updates & Versioning

➽ Updates and enhancements are available only during an active support or maintenance period.

➽ Access to updates may be restricted if the maintenance contract has expired.

5. Restrictions

You may not:
➽ Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
➽ Share, resell, or sublicense the software
➽ Bypass license validation or cloud connectivity mechanisms

6. Limitation of Liability

➽ The software is provided “as is”.

➽ BOSS InfoTech Solutions is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or business interruption arising from software use.

7. Termination

➽ We reserve the right to suspend or terminate licenses if:
 ➊ License terms are violated
 ➋ Unauthorized access or misuse is detected
